Reception Venue / Beautician / Attire for the Bride, Groom and Retinue /Photographer & Videographer /Florist/Lighting Specialists /Suppliers of Invitation Cards, Cake Boxes & Wedding Favors /Suppliers of Wedding cake /Wedding Car Rentals/ Ceremony Conductors / Dancers / Singers
•Assist with Catering, Menu & Cake selection
•Coordinate with vendors to ensure samples, services & products are submitted /provided adhering to the agreed timelines
•Guide and assist with room layout & table plan
•Provide constant updates to clients regarding progress of planning / vendor services & products
•Assist with planning the marriage ceremony
•Accommodation search, rate negotiation & booking for couple & out-of-town guests
•Final meetings with the vendors during the Wedding Month
•Final meetings with clients month of the wedding /week of the wedding
•Final walk through with the client at ceremony and reception sites, prior
to the wedding
